Ecommerce Fulfillment WMS for DTC & Omnichannel Brands

Turn your backroom into a real fulfillment center with generated picklists, pack-station verification, printable packing slips, warehouse labels, and remote task ownership.

The ecommerce warehouse problem.

Scaling an ecommerce brand means your warehouse complexity scales too:

  • SKU explosion - new products, variants, and bundles every month
  • Constant launches, promotions, and flash sales that spike volume
  • Returns piling up and killing your available inventory counts
  • Overselling because available stock does not match warehouse reality

WarePulse brings structure to the chaos without slowing you down.

Pickers confirm quantities. Pack station verifies the order, captures box context, and generates printable packing slips and warehouse labels.

4

Ship and update

Mark shipped in WarePulse. Inventory updates automatically, and exports support downstream review or scoped handoff work.

Orders, picking, and receiving each get their own working surface.

Put back to stock

Good returns go back to a bin immediately. Inventory counts update in real-time. No more "returns pile" that never gets processed.

Quarantine damaged items

Damaged or questionable returns go to a quarantine location. Review them later without polluting your sellable inventory.

Questions from ecommerce brands.

How does WarePulse handle ecommerce order data?+
WarePulse supports CSV-based order and inventory workflows today. Direct ecommerce platform sync is handled only as scoped custom implementation work, not as a self-serve connector in this release.
How does WarePulse handle returns?+
Returns are processed through a dedicated returns workflow. Good returns go back to sellable inventory immediately. Damaged or questionable items go to quarantine locations for review before restocking or disposal.
Can I use batch picking for high-volume days?+
Yes. WarePulse supports generated picklists for single-order, batch, and wave picking. During high-volume periods, you can group multiple orders into batch picks, assign them to operators, and reduce walking time.
Can WarePulse generate ecommerce packing slips and labels?+
Yes. WarePulse supports printable packing slips and warehouse labels from the packing record. Carrier-account label integrations or rate shopping are scoped separately when required.
Do I need special hardware for e-commerce fulfillment?+
No. WarePulse works on any modern Android device, tablet, or dedicated scanner. Your team can start with smartphones and upgrade to rugged handhelds as you scale.
What does pricing look like for ecommerce brands?+
Standard is $399 CAD/month for 1 warehouse, Pro is $699 CAD/month for 2-4 warehouses, and Enterprise is $999 CAD/month for 5-10 warehouses. Unlimited users on every plan.
