Accessibility Statement
Warehouse software has to work for every operator on the floor, at the desk, and on the phone.
Last updated: September 5, 2026
Our Commitment
WarePulse is committed to making its public website, its operator, customer, and platform portals, and the WarePulse mobile app usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, switch access, magnification, or reduced-motion settings.
Conformance Target
We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA for the marketing site and the web portals, and we apply the same success criteria to the native mobile app where they translate. We are not yet claiming full conformance; this statement records where we stand and what we are still fixing.
What We Do
- Semantic HTML with landmark regions, a skip link, and visible focus styles on every interactive element
- Form controls with programmatic labels and inline error messages announced to assistive technology
- Automated accessibility checks (axe-core) in the end-to-end test suite and manual keyboard and screen-reader passes before releases
- Colour contrast reviewed against the AA thresholds; motion reduced when the operating system asks for it
- Both official languages: every public page and portal screen is available in English and in French
Known Limitations
We are aware of the following gaps and are working through them:
- Some small labels and badges on marketing pages sit below the 44 by 44 pixel touch-target recommendation, and a few legacy labels used text smaller than 12 pixels
- Product screenshots and marketing videos carry descriptive alternative text and a poster, but not every video has captions yet
- Complex operational tables in the portals (inventory, work queues) are keyboard-navigable but do not yet expose column sort state to every screen reader
- PDF documents generated by the portals (packing slips, labels) are not yet tagged for reading order
Feedback and Accommodation
If you hit an accessibility barrier, or need information from WarePulse in another format, contact WarePulse support at operations@warepulse.ca or (438) 543-0904. Tell us the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use. We acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and tell you what we will change and when.
